　　一、And 并列关系

 

　　(and)in addition/and/similarly/likewise/as well as/besides/furthermore/also/moreover/too/not only ... but/even/besides this/that

 

　　并列连词(coordinating conjunction)主要是用来表示并列关系、转折关系、选择关系、因果推理关系等。

 

　　1、in addition 另外

 

In addition, strength training exercises are recommended at least twice a week.

 

　　此外，每周比较好进行两次以上的力量训练的练习。

 

　　In addition, in business we admire directness and often use language like a hammer-and treat other opinions as if they were a nail.

　　2、despite 尽管
