There is much discussion nowadays as to whether or not the workingconditions today arethe same as before and people rely on taking one job forlife. Diverse contributing factors canbe identified. In the following, I wouldlike to show my point of view.
Most important of all, with the development of science andtechnology, the structure ofwork force has changed seriously. For example,people no longer need to do some heavy workby themselves. Instead, they canuse machines. Thus, they could transfer to other positions.
On the second thought, competition in any fields has become more andmore intense, so itis hard for one to keep his or her position withoutlearning anything new and useful. Therefore,in order to fit the new situation,people shouldn"t be satisfied with their present conditions.
They should absorbmany things that they may have no idea before. Gratifyingly, more andmorepeople are now trying to improve themselves by having courses after work andevensacrifice their rest time in purpose of gaining a good job.
As a proverb goes, “Where there"s a will, there"s a way.” It is inevitable that the worldof work is changing rapidly.Nevertheless, if we determine to improve and perfect ourselvesvolitionally, I"m sure thereis a way in front of us.
