　　at the show: 在表演中

　　be on show: 在展出

　　for a show: 为夸耀, 为给人家看

　　She showed great courage during the war .

　　她在战争中表现得很勇敢。。

　　I should be ashamed to show my face in public .

　　我不好意思抛头露面。

　　He shows a great aptitude in painting .

　　他在绘画上表现出很高的才能。

　　3、slaughtered
